Narrative:
Cancelled IFR with center 5 mi south of airport. Had been VMC after most of trip being conducted in IMC. WX was clear, with 5 mi visibility due to areas of fog and low clouds. In proceeding to the airport and beginning final descent, I extended 1/4 flaps and moved the gear position switch to the down position. On final I did a gump check and determined the conditions were safe to land. In the flare, just as the aircraft was setting onto the runway, I did a final gump check and determined the gear was not down. It was too late to conduct a go around and the aircraft settled to the runway. The aircraft had damage to the propellers, gear doors and flaps. No damage was done to the engines. In retrospect, I believe when I moved the gear handle it was in the up position and I moved it to the neutral position. On the the gump check I must have overlooked the 3 green until I was in the flare and it was too late to conduct a go around. Possible contributing factors: change in sleeping habits and lack of proper sleep. Plus a strained muscle in lower back.

Title: SMT ACFT WAS LANDED WITH GEAR UP.
Narrative: CANCELLED IFR WITH CENTER 5 MI S OF ARPT. HAD BEEN VMC AFTER MOST OF TRIP BEING CONDUCTED IN IMC. WX WAS CLR, WITH 5 MI VISIBILITY DUE TO AREAS OF FOG AND LOW CLOUDS. IN PROCEEDING TO THE ARPT AND BEGINNING FINAL DSCNT, I EXTENDED 1/4 FLAPS AND MOVED THE GEAR POS SWITCH TO THE DOWN POS. ON FINAL I DID A GUMP CHK AND DETERMINED THE CONDITIONS WERE SAFE TO LAND. IN THE FLARE, JUST AS THE ACFT WAS SETTING ONTO THE RWY, I DID A FINAL GUMP CHK AND DETERMINED THE GEAR WAS NOT DOWN. IT WAS TOO LATE TO CONDUCT A GAR AND THE ACFT SETTLED TO THE RWY. THE ACFT HAD DAMAGE TO THE PROPS, GEAR DOORS AND FLAPS. NO DAMAGE WAS DONE TO THE ENGS. IN RETROSPECT, I BELIEVE WHEN I MOVED THE GEAR HANDLE IT WAS IN THE UP POS AND I MOVED IT TO THE NEUTRAL POS. ON THE THE GUMP CHK I MUST HAVE OVERLOOKED THE 3 GREEN UNTIL I WAS IN THE FLARE AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO CONDUCT A GAR. POSSIBLE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: CHANGE IN SLEEPING HABITS AND LACK OF PROPER SLEEP. PLUS A STRAINED MUSCLE IN LOWER BACK.
