Narrative:
There is a potential problem at san, the runway markings are not visible. This includes runway boundary displaced threshold and runway number. This runway is served by a localizer with no glide slope. Although there is a PAPI, something should be done to correct the situation.

Narrative: THERE IS A POTENTIAL PROBLEM AT SAN, THE RWY MARKINGS ARE NOT VISIBLE. THIS INCLUDES RWY BOUNDARY DISPLACED THRESHOLD AND RWY NUMBER. THIS RWY IS SERVED BY A LOC WITH NO GLIDE SLOPE. ALTHOUGH THERE IS A PAPI, SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE TO CORRECT THE SITUATION.
