Yng knew air carrier Y was coming (flashed for a long time). They never should have taken a pointout from cip low sector knowing this. Yng also should have never let wrn turn a guy and climb him unless he had planned to turn his aircraft also. Recommendations: same as always--don't accept pointouts if you have the least hint of traffic for 'em, work 'em instead.

Narrative: YNG KNEW ACR Y WAS COMING (FLASHED FOR A LONG TIME). THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A POINTOUT FROM CIP LOW SECTOR KNOWING THIS. YNG ALSO SHOULD HAVE NEVER LET WRN TURN A GUY AND CLB HIM UNLESS HE HAD PLANNED TO TURN HIS ACFT ALSO. RECOMMENDATIONS: SAME AS ALWAYS--DON'T ACCEPT POINTOUTS IF YOU HAVE THE LEAST HINT OF TFC FOR 'EM, WORK 'EM INSTEAD.
