Narrative:

As an medium large transport captain for company, I have occasion to do considerable flying from and to cleveland hopkins airport. This airport is a crew base and hub for company and there are direct flts to bos, nyc, phl, den, iah, mco, srq, etc. I have always been amazed that company operations does not have radar summaries and composite WX maps available for flight crews. When asked, the usual reply is 'we're supposed to get them.'. This hub has been in operation for approximately 2 yrs. Can you help with this one? Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: captain very frustrated because all attempts with company seem to be ignored. Decided he will use FAA hotline.
