Narrative:

Ground control cleared our flight to taxi to runway 25L and hold short of runway 19R. I read back the clearance but did not repeat it to the captain. While taxiing, I read the checklist with my head in the cockpit. When I looked up from reading for a moment to see where we were I noticed we were halfway across runway 19R with an small transport on short final. I repeated to the captain we were told to hold short of runway 19R. He immediately added power to clear the runway immediately. The captain failed to hear the clearance to hold short of the runway and I failed to repeat the clearance to him. I was concentrating on the checklist and failed to back up the captain during taxi.

Title: ACR MLG UNAUTH RWY CROSSING.

Narrative: GND CTL CLRED OUR FLT TO TAXI TO RWY 25L AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 19R. I READ BACK THE CLRNC BUT DID NOT REPEAT IT TO THE CAPT. WHILE TAXIING, I READ THE CHKLIST WITH MY HEAD IN THE COCKPIT. WHEN I LOOKED UP FROM READING FOR A MOMENT TO SEE WHERE WE WERE I NOTICED WE WERE HALFWAY ACROSS RWY 19R WITH AN SMT ON SHORT FINAL. I REPEATED TO THE CAPT WE WERE TOLD TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 19R. HE IMMEDIATELY ADDED PWR TO CLR THE RWY IMMEDIATELY. THE CAPT FAILED TO HEAR THE CLRNC TO HOLD SHORT OF THE RWY AND I FAILED TO REPEAT THE CLRNC TO HIM. I WAS CONCENTRATING ON THE CHKLIST AND FAILED TO BACK UP THE CAPT DURING TAXI.
