Narrative:

Small transport Y was southbound at FL280. Air carrier X was northbound at FL270. The majority of the airplanes in my sector were deviating, especially all of the moc departures northbound, due to a line of WX over J53 north of orl VOR. There were multiple situations occurring at the time that required a lot of my attention. I cleared air carrier X to FL290 without realizing that small transport Y was a factor. After I noticed the conflict I took corrective action, but standard separation was lot.
