Narrative:

I went through my landing checklist, however, when I touched down, my landing gear collapsed or did not come out. I had green lights indicating that everything was normal except I had some noise that I thought was the outer marker receiver. I had finished preflight and came back to the office, sat down waiting for my friends, 3 guys walked in and said that my aircraft was untied with flaps down and doors wide open, however they went into the aircraft and retracted the flaps and damaged the door. I got angry and told them they had no right to enter the aircraft. I think that had something to do with my landing gear no functioning properly.
