Narrative:
We were issued profile descent by ATC for 06R toronto. By the time the procedure was deciphered, we had already come very close to missing the first altitude restriction. Comment: the profile dscnts into toronto are the poorest, most complicated, and difficult to quickly assess procedure in our route structure. They should be eliminated or I fear many similar and possibly dangerous occurrences will surely happen in the future.
