Received final weights then received message saying 'final weights not valid; new weights to follow.' we received updated weights and input the new numbers as per SOP. We were informed the next day that the [passenger] count may have been incorrect. [We] flew flight without incident.

Title: Prior to takeoff an A320 flight crew received a second final weight check after a notification their first manifest was in error.
Narrative: Received final weights then received message saying 'final weights not valid; new weights to follow.' We received updated weights and input the new numbers as per SOP. We were informed the next day that the [passenger] count may have been incorrect. [We] flew flight without incident.
