Narrative:
Widebody transport X in my control departed phl and was climbing to 13000'. I observed limited data at 14000' moving southwest. In my judgement I climbed widebody transport X (proceeding northwest) to 17000' which resulted in a loss of sep on the back side on convergence.

Title: ARTCC CTLR CLIMBED WDB ACFT THROUGH ALT OF UNKNOWN RAFFIC WITH LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION.
Narrative: WDB X IN MY CONTROL DEPARTED PHL AND WAS CLBING TO 13000'. I OBSERVED LIMITED DATA AT 14000' MOVING SW. IN MY JUDGEMENT I CLBED WDB X (PROCEEDING NW) TO 17000' WHICH RESULTED IN A LOSS OF SEP ON THE BACK SIDE ON CONVERGENCE.
