Narrative:

Simultaneous departures from parallel runways on morning departure push. A CRJ2 departed runway 18L on the KENLN3 SID. A CRJ7 departed runway 18C on the CHCLL3 SID. The wind at 030-040 ft MSL was anywhere from 220 at 35-55 KTS and the CRJ7 drifted left of course. The aircraft was instructed to proceed directly to chcll; fix on the SID; roughly a 210 heading. Upon realization of the deviation of course; the CRJ7 was instructed to turn heading 240. The CRJ2 was issued a 160 heading.
