Narrative:

While descending through the thirties; the cabin altitude above ten thousand horn activated. The crew was unable to regain control of the cabin altitude; and; per the checklist; initiated an emergency descent. ATC cleared the aircraft to 11;000 ft. Upon reaching 11;000 ft; the crew was able to return the cabin to normal pressurization and completed the trip without any further problems.

Title: A Lear 35 Captain reported loss of cabin pressure above FL300. The flight crew executed an emergency descent to 11;000 FT where they regained control of the pressurization.

The crew was unable to regain control of the cabin altitude; and; per the checklist; initiated an emergency descent. ATC cleared the aircraft to 11;000 FT. Upon reaching 11;000 FT; the crew was able to return the cabin to normal pressurization and completed the trip without any further problems.
