Narrative:
During flight I noticed a 15 KT airspeed difference between the first officer's pfd and mine. I stated that she was fast and she stated that she was right on speed. We selected a speed; and landed uneventfully. Upon leaving the aircraft the outbound first officer reported to us that we hit a bird on the first officer's tat probe. We reported this to maintenance.
