Narrative:

During descent into lga flight lost #3 AC bus and subsequently lost flight station #3 and #1 buses. All procedures were followed as per the manual. It was determined to land at jfk rather than lga since the antiskid and nose wheel steering were inoperative. We requested runway 31L at jfk and asked for the emergency equipment to stand by. After landing we remained on the runway and were then towed into the gate by company maintenance.
