Narrative:
Taxing to ramp at night; aircraft left taxiway and rolled down steep hill to bottom of drainage ditch. Propeller struck ground stopping engine. The taxi way had no lights; only reflective markers. Drainage ditch had no markers indicating hazard. Aircraft had no taxi or landing lights; pilot was unfamiliar with airport. Weather enroute delayed arrival until after dark.

Title: C182 pilot reports inadvertently departing the taxiway at night; rolling down a steep hill causing propeller damage and stopping the engine. There were no taxiway lights and the aircraft had no taxi or landing lights.
