Narrative:

Aircraft were jammed up to takeoff and land. Light transport west was cleared for takeoff from 90 degree to runway (uphill with deep ruts in taxiway surface). 'Cleared for takeoff large transport 2 mi final.' I was also 90 degree to runway 19R and thought it was too close. Then medium large transport Y was turned in very high for runway 19R and small aircraft Z was turned in from the north, crossed just in front and below medium large transport Y for 19L!!! Medium large transport Y went around. Lady tower controller seemed to just lose control of airport traffic.

Narrative: ACFT WERE JAMMED UP TO TKOF AND LAND. LTT W WAS CLRED FOR TKOF FROM 90 DEG TO RWY (UPHILL WITH DEEP RUTS IN TXWY SURFACE). 'CLRED FOR TKOF LGT 2 MI FINAL.' I WAS ALSO 90 DEG TO RWY 19R AND THOUGHT IT WAS TOO CLOSE. THEN MLG Y WAS TURNED IN VERY HIGH FOR RWY 19R AND SMA Z WAS TURNED IN FROM THE NORTH, CROSSED JUST IN FRONT AND BELOW MLG Y FOR 19L!!! MLG Y WENT AROUND. LADY TWR CTLR SEEMED TO JUST LOSE CTL OF ARPT TFC.
