Narrative:
Both dtc duat and the FAA NOTAM web site included a NOTAM stating 'huf 08/319 smd twy a clsd til 1109132000.' I noticed that taxiway a was not closed and asked the lead operations coordinator of an smd FBO about it. She said taxiway a is open and the NOTAM system she uses (apparently the system she uses to create and modify NOTAMS) does not show the NOTAM I saw. This situation has existed for several days. Apparently there is a flaw in the online NOTAM system.

Title: A PA28 pilot advised that a NOTAM declaring Taxiway A at SMD to be closed is inaccurate.
