Narrative:

In flight I noticed that 4R door was in the disarmed position. When I called the cockpit to report the door and to see if there was a problem with it I was told there was a write-up but it had been corrected. 4R was my door and I did 'arm' the door and when the 'all call' was made 4R was armed. The door was 'rearmed' while in flight.
