Narrative:

I was cleared on J94 from ocs to fmg. I set the route into the FMS and proceeded. The controller informed me I was 15 miles south of my course and should be over llc. I looked at the high altitude chart again and even at this point it was not obvious the route took me over llc. After much further review; the llc fix is on J94. I have written my commercial chart supplier suggesting expansion of the ushi 1 chart in that area. Because of the number of jet routes in such a small space; I found the chart very difficult to read.
