Narrative:

Air carrier X went around on runway xx due to aircraft crossing departure end while on short final. I was on ground control and noticed air carrier X on short final. I asked LC1 about it then noticed an aircraft crossing approach end of runway yy. LC1 failed to notify and then sent air carrier X around before crossing landing threshold. Recommend better communication.

Narrative: Air Carrier X went around on Runway XX due to aircraft crossing departure end while on short final. I was on Ground Control and noticed Air Carrier X on short final.
