Narrative:

While established on the localizer and glide slope of 9R; outside of marker; another aircraft turning in to join 8L overshot and encroached upon our course. We disconnected the autopilot and stopped our descent about 200 ft above his position. I can only estimate that we where within 100 ft horizontally. We resumed our visual approach once we could verify the traffic was moving away from our course. Other traffic not aware of their position and other traffic.
