Narrative:

I took local control and traffic went from none to 7 within 5 minutes. I got busy pointing out traffic to touch and go traffic. When I returned my attention to the runways, corp X was midfield off of runway 13, and MTR Y was departing runway 17. The MTR stayed low, passing 300' below corp X and just behind. The problem was a result of keeping my attention on one situation too long.
