Narrative:

My student; an observer and I were flying. During approach from the northwest we were instructed to enter downwind for runway 35L; extend our downwind and switch to a left base for 35R. The approach was stabilized until short final where the student got slightly slow. The airplane bounced once on landing on centerline and slowly began to pull to the right. When the plane was halfway between centerline and the right edge of the runway I took controls and added full left rudder with no effect. I then applied left brake. Again there was no effect. The plane continued to roll out to the right. Upon leaving the runway; I applied back pressure to relieve weight on the wheels. This resulted in a momentary tail strike. I was then able to get the plane rolling out parallel to the runway and stopped shortly after. Nobody was injured and there was no apparent damage to the plane.
