Narrative:

About halfway to bermuda; we got navigation adr 1 fault and GPWS fault on the ECAM. After going through the ECAM procedures and reviewing the QRH; and the non-normal supplemental manual; we still had no captain pfd or nd information. We talked with dispatch and maintenance through phone patch and they suggested we return. Uneventful landing and review of computer printout showed loss of both adr 1 and ir 1. I wouldn't know why this occurred. Maybe we were too close to the bermuda triangle.
