Narrative:

So many questions with the RNAV out of logan who can do what heading in which direction. The names of fixes are the same names of RNAV procedures. Pilot are very unsure reference the pre departure clearance and the clearance being issued. Many questions are being asked increasing the pilot and controller work loads. The name of the RNAV SID should be the first name of the fix. Its totally confusing to the pilots when they are not getting that RNAV SID and being issued the logan SID. When they hear on the radio that one aircraft is doing the logan they then ask what should they being doing which also adds to our work load. It should be all rnavs that work and make sense or none if they are not charted properly. Recommendation; cancel rnavs until they are fixed and charted correctly and rename the RNAV sids to something not on the RNAV and logan SID.
