Narrative:

On short final to runway 33 at about 300 AGL we lost 20-25 KTS of airspeed (we were at about 140/ref was 133). We also got a 'wind shear' warning as we were adding power. We executed a go around; and were given headings back to runway 33 for another approach. We landed on our second approach without any problems.
