Narrative:

Climbing through FL270 received the 'anti-ice duct' warning message. First officer (flying pilot) was flying and took the radios. Captain performed the QRH for 'anti-ice duct' and deselected the 14th stage valves. Flight attendant called and said she herd a 'whoose' noise in back of the aircraft. 'Anti ice duct' message went away once QRH was complete. Contacted dispatch to work on an suitable airport to land at. First officer noticed the cabin pressurization started to climb. At some time the 10th stage valves were deselected (not sure why) and that caused the de-pressurization. We performed emergency descent QRH and first officer descended to 10;000ft and descended below icing conditions. Icing was forecast for our entire route. We requested a diversion. Complete QRH slowly and pay attention to details.

Title: A CRJ200 EICAS alerted ANTI-ICE DUCT message at cruise. After completing the QRH the cabin began de-pressurizing because the 10th stage bleed valve had been inadvertently closed along with the checklist prescribe 14th stage bleed. The crew diverted to a non icing airport.
