Narrative:

While on the ILS to runway 35 in ags we experienced severe oscillations on the glideslope. Didn't hear any aircraft on the ground that may have interfered with the glideslope. We were stabilized on the glideslope; and twice had the flight director pitch at least ten degrees down then return to a normal 2 to 3 degrees pitch down. Disconnected the autopilot and hand flew the rest of the approach when the second oscillation occurred. This happened between 3;000 ft and 1;700 ft; before the bushe locator outer marker; while we were in IMC conditions. I suspect equipment deficiencies for the glideslope for runway 35 at ags. Someone should test the glideslope to 35 and make sure it is in working order.

Title: A commuter jet flight crew disconnected the autopilot and hand flew their late night ILS 35 IAP to AGS following two significant glide slope displacements when outside of the LOM. No further deviations were noted and the approach was completed successfully. They were unaware of any aircraft movements on the ground at the time as the tower was closed.
