Narrative:

Maintenance took a tire out of the fly away kit (fak) and notification did not get passed along in order to correct the fak weights on our weight manifest. The tire weight of 420 pounds has to be subtracted from the bulk cargo 1;202 pounds for a total of 782 pounds in the bulk fak. We figured the old tire was put in the fak.when maintenance uses something out of the fak it should be forwarded to dispatch so the weights can be adjusted. If an old tire replaced a new tire in the fak it should be so noted.
