Narrative:

I made a GPS approach to the airport. I flew the approach fast for minimum time due to traffic following me; (I had been aware by ATC transmissions during the initial approach vectoring.) although I had ground contact and recognized the airport environment; I had to look a little for the runway touchdown zone. I failed to extend the landing gear and landed gear-up. This caused substantial damage to the aircraft.I may have wrenched my back; although the symptoms did not manifest until the next morning. There was no injury to anyone else on board or on the ground. I believe the airport was closed for several hours while the damaged aircraft was removed with a crane and flat-bed trailer.the following distractions contributed to this event: trying to rush the approach; numerous recent flight hours (check last 90 days; 279 hours); I have had toothache for the past few weeks; [and] there were two passengers and a dog aboard as well as myself.
