Narrative:

F/a injured during takeoff while trying to get to her station/jumpseat. Verbal takeoff/departure warning given on PA but neither F/a heard warning. Injuries included scraped knee and bumped head with sore neck. Corrective action: leave cockpit door open so that pilot can observe cabin as necessary during taxi/pretkof. Close door by F/a signals ready for takeoff.
