Narrative:
F/a injured during takeoff while trying to get to her station/jumpseat. Verbal takeoff/departure warning given on PA but neither F/a heard warning. Injuries included scraped knee and bumped head with sore neck. Corrective action: leave cockpit door open so that pilot can observe cabin as necessary during taxi/pretkof. Close door by F/a signals ready for takeoff.

Title: TKOF WHILE CABIN ATTENDANT STILL IN THE AISLES. ONE CABIN ATTENDANT INJURED, MINOR.
Narrative: F/A INJURED DURING TKOF WHILE TRYING TO GET TO HER STATION/JUMPSEAT. VERBAL TKOF/DEP WARNING GIVEN ON PA BUT NEITHER F/A HEARD WARNING. INJURIES INCLUDED SCRAPED KNEE AND BUMPED HEAD WITH SORE NECK. CORRECTIVE ACTION: LEAVE COCKPIT DOOR OPEN SO THAT PLT CAN OBSERVE CABIN AS NECESSARY DURING TAXI/PRETKOF.
