Narrative:
The tower issued the clearance of; 'runway 27; line up and wait.' after crossing the hold bar; the tower said the clearance was to hold short of runway 27. Both the captain and I are positive the original clearance was; 'runway 27; line up and wait'; and that was what I read back to the tower. The tower stated it was no problem and issued the takeoff clearance.

Narrative: The Tower issued the clearance of; 'Runway 27; line up and wait.' After crossing the hold bar; the Tower said the clearance was to hold short of Runway 27. Both the Captain and I are positive the original clearance was; 'Runway 27; line up and wait'; and that was what I read back to the Tower.
