Narrative:

This is a problem that runs back years due to an unexplained bifurcation of arrival routes through a single gate and the ongoing failure to correct this despite years of promises and complaints. The deckk arrival gate to the okc terminal area is used by ardmore low; and is the single most restricted gate (in terms of LOA stipulations) into okc. The requirements include that aircraft inbound through the gate be routed either 'deckk..irw..(destination)' or 'IRW145.irw..(destination).' this is because; for some unknown reason; the fix deckk is located on the IRW144 radial; while the transition from the dfw terminal area over zemma follows the IRW145 radial. This has been complained about for years. We were promised but it was never delivered. The specific event this time seems to show a disconnect between NAS and uret. A C172 checked on; on a radar vector; and was cleared direct zemma to resume the TEX1 to irw. When this was entered into uret; the following route [hert route] was observed: dto./.TTT329025.zemma.TEX1.irw [TEX1.deckk..irw..]..okc. Now; given that we've established that the TEX1 doesn't go over deckk; this is a problem. The NAS strip did not show the hert route on the zemma posting. Recommendation; simply put; we can no longer afford to patch the IRW144/IRW145 issue. It's time to either utilize deckk and establish a new fix on the IRW145 radial; or change the TEX1 (via relocating/naming zemma) to fly the IRW144 radial.

Title: ZFW Controller voiced concerned regarding the routing used for OKC arrivals noting the fixes; radials and routing do not match up and haven't for years; causing confusion and recent disconnects between the NAS and URET.
