Narrative:

As I was cleared for ILS 13R at bfi I received a traffic call from approach; and a traffic alert. I did not see the other aircraft until he made evasive maneuvers to avoid me. He was at my altitude on the localizer headed in the opposite direction. I was within 10 NM of FAF. I did call the other aircraft on a company frequency as there was another plane just behind the first one; and they both said they had the right to fly on the localizer if they wanted to. This was not the first time I have had traffic alerts from this operator on this approach. I have also witnessed other aircraft vectored off final for traffic.
