Narrative:

As a supervisory pilot check airman, I was scheduled to fly 2 flts (7/fri and 7/tue/88) with an first officer and I/O to qualify them as crewmembers, on a scheduled flight that exceeded 8 hour day for 4 days. Actual time at end of both flight sequences was 35:14 hours in 7 days. I believe this is a violation of far's 121-481. The company does not have enough check airmen to do the job and the few they do have are flying too much.
