Narrative:

On approach for runway 26 in phl there was a discrepancy with the localizer indications for the captain and the first officer. Inside of eskoe; the final approach fix; we noticed that the first officer's CDI was indicating left of course and the captain's was indicating right of course. The ceilings were not very low (around 500 ft); but considering the fact that parallel approaches were being conducted on runway 27R we decided to go-around. I was the plot flying and we did the normal go-around procedure. There were no flags or other non-normal indications.
