Narrative:

Cleared for takeoff and set flex thrust. Engines surged twice in a very short period of time at approximate 90 KTS and we also experienced ECAM warning. At that point the captain took command of the aircraft and rejected the takeoff at approximately 100-110 KTS. Advised tower of a rejected takeoff and when the aircraft came to a complete stop the captain advised passengers that we had discontinued our takeoff and please remain seated. Next we communicated with tower and they asked if we needed assistance. First officer told tower we do not need assistance; but we would like to have our landing gear brake assembly looked at by the fire department to make sure there was no smoke or fire. We reviewed the immediate action items and determined hot brakes was the only one that applied. Ran the procedure and then proceeded with the ECAM actions; which were advisory in nature only. Followed up with the ECAM handbook. After the fire department gave us the okay; we continued to the gate and we advised maintenance and operations and told them our brakes were hot and to keep ramp people away from that area until they cooled. The cause had something to do with the right engine fuel control and possibly the fadec.
