Working deferred items for the day; finished two tires on an A320 aircraft. Proceeded to terminal 'B' and started and finished right nlg (nose landing gear) tire change [on B767-300]. Received call stating tire shop had found axle nut washer attached to wheel bearing. Recalling the incident; (maintenance manual) MM 32-45-02 was printed and at the [tire] change site. As I recall; axle sleeve spacer; washer and nut had been installed. ZZZ maintenance inspected and found nut washer missing.

Title: A Line Mechanic reports he was notified by the Tire Shop that an axle nut washer was found stuck to the nose wheel bearing of a nose gear tire he had removed from a B767-300. Downline maintenance station inspected the tire installation and verified axle nut washer was missing.
