Narrative:

On taxiway south holding short of Y as per ground control; switched over to 123.6 (sequencing) and was given sequence and told to continue on south and hold short of west. As we started to move through Y a crj came off 9R on on high speed S6 at a very high speed. We saw him as he swerved to miss us and came to a immediate stop. We notified 123.6 and they said they saw what happened and wouldn't contact tower for a report. We estimate the crj missed us no more than 20ft and had we moved up at a normal rate (we had 1 engine shut down) he would not have been able to avoid us.
