Green laser very visible on initial approach to santa cruz; bolivia. Bright enough to make me think there was a green led flashlight in cockpit initially. Appeared to be southwest of vir VOR by a short distance. Two short illuminations each maybe 5-10 seconds; about 10 seconds apart.

Narrative: Green laser very visible on Initial Approach to Santa Cruz; Bolivia. Bright enough to make me think there was a green LED flashlight in cockpit initially. Appeared to be southwest of VIR VOR by a short distance. Two short illuminations each maybe 5-10 seconds; about 10 seconds apart.
