Narrative:

Tower cleared me to land on runway 10 when I was quite far out (for a small slow moving cessna 172). When I was still far out the tower gave another aircraft clearance to land on same runway; I think it was an airbus; [who] also got cleared to land at runway 10. I did not hear position of airliner; but given that he got clearance I guessed he was close. I pushed full power and was basically flying at 120 kts when I was abeam the tourist area in san juan (straight-in final). I kept the speed up far down the final and just pulled back the power when I was very close to the runway and could slow down the plane quickly. My touch down was quite early on the runway but I was unfamiliar with the airport and was unsure where to turn off. Just after touchdown the tower frequency was really busy and I was not able to request instructions where to turn off. I continued down the runway with no flaps and higher than taxi speed. Just before reaching H5 I heard a pilot breaking current tower communication and ask 'can I go around'. 1-3 seconds later the airliner passed just over head at very low altitude and initiated a go around. Tower responded kind of weird like they forgot that two aircraft were cleared (no instructions was ever given to keep speed up or inform the airliner that the airliner was second after a slow cessna 172). Right then I went on the radio and asked for instructions where to turn off. Tower instructed me to turn left on H6. I had at that point almost past H6 and had to brake really hard and turn back more then 120 degrees to get off. Tower then instructed me to contact ground. I contacted ground and was instructed to taxi north and then down to the custom area. Notes: nothing happened after touchdown; e.g. Tower asked to be called or similar. I noted on the way out that a lot of pilots asked for clarifications a lot of time and the english was harder to understand then in a lot of airports in the lower 48. I also noted that ground required even VFR flights to get clearance from clearance before getting on the ground frequency. Conclusion: I think the tower controller kind of forgot about me and a small cessna 172 is not easy to see from an airbus. I also believe that tower wanted me to use the H6 exit; because otherwise I would have started messing it up for airliners.
