Narrative:
Crj was on the guitr portion of the titan arrival at bna. He continually had bleed-over from ord TRACON from 11;000-9;000 ft. Two other air carriers experienced the same problem. This is a 4-5 year ongoing problem at bna. The safety issue is that pilots may become confused and follow the ord instructions. Solution; change one of the frequencies.

Title: BNA TRACON Controller voiced concern regarding the frequency bleed-over with ORD TRACON involving arrival traffic routed on the GUITR portion of the TITAN STAR. The reporter indicated the problem has existed for some time.
Narrative: CRJ was on the GUITR portion of the TITAN arrival at BNA. He continually had bleed-over from ORD TRACON from 11;000-9;000 FT. Two other air carriers experienced the same problem.
