Narrative:
A broken tie bolt was found on an A320 #3 main tire. Tire and wheel assembly were replaced; and airplane departed without incident. My concern is that in the past (approximately) one month; I have seen this five times. (Three airbus and two B757s). One of the B757 tire's had four broken [tie] bolts in a row. Before this string of events; I have not seen this on any airplane in (approximately) two years. [This is] a 'part failure.'
