Narrative:

The hold line for runway 21 was moved from the end of the runway to about 1200' down the taxiway. Having not been to the airport in a while I taxied the aircraft beyond the hold line. I had missed the NOTAM on the change and thought that the line I had crossed was the ILS hold line since it is so far from the end of the runway. My first officer thought that it was the ILS hold line also. We were running 19 minutes late off the gate and allowed that to rush us and miss the NOTAM. We just didn't expect a runway hold line so far from the runway end.
