Narrative:
Cleared to land on the runway. The tower cleared an aircraft to taxi onto the active runway at the same time my aircraft had been cleared to land on that runway. I speculate that the controller was overloaded. I was forced to go around.

Narrative: CLRED TO LAND ON THE RWY. THE TWR CLRED AN ACFT TO TAXI ONTO THE ACTIVE RWY AT THE SAME TIME MY ACFT HAD BEEN CLRED TO LAND ON THAT RWY. I SPECULATE THAT THE CTLR WAS OVERLOADED. I WAS FORCED TO GO AROUND.
