Narrative:

Due to ZLC operating on eram (en route automation modernization); ZSE's flight plan database showed air carrier X's route of flight as being: ....../.4728N/11453W.geg.HILIE1.kgeg the ZSE controller offered the plane direct and the pilot declined saying we would stay on his route. Since the route in the ZSE database showed the flight direct; the controller then asked the pilot to verify his route. The pilot informed the ZSE controller that his route of flight assigned was: ....../.dik.J36.mlp.HILIE1.kgeg and that was the route he was flying. The ZSE controller then called the ZLC controller and asked what route of flight the air carrier X was assigned and in their computer. The ZLC controller confirmed what the air carrier X pilot had already told the ZSE controller that the assigned route of flight was: ....../.dik.J36.mlp.HILIE1.kgeg and that was the route of flight in their eram database. This is an operational deviation. The aircraft was not on the route of flight that had been passed in the system. Fix eram; turn off the eram until all safety issues have been fixed and resolved.

Title: ZSE Controller described a discrepancy regarding routing information between ZSE and ZLC data sources; claiming ERAM operation at ZLC was causing routing information errors.

Narrative: Due to ZLC operating on ERAM (En Route Automation Modernization); ZSE's Flight Plan database showed Air Carrier X's route of flight as being: ....../.4728N/11453W.GEG.HILIE1.KGEG the ZSE Controller offered the plane direct and the pilot declined saying we would stay on his route.
