Narrative:

ATC advised altitude readout 200-300 ft below altitude reported. (Transponder off of captain CADC). First officer's altimeter 150-170 ft off from captain's altitude. Traffic on TCASII was showing passing traffic 700-800 ft below or 1200-1300 ft above us with no alert (RA or TA). No action taken or required. At our next stop at bwi, CADC was replaced. Next leg we checked with ATC about altitude readout, with the same result reading 200-300 ft low written up again.
