Narrative:

VOR runway 4 for pgd; and perhaps other approach charts for pgd and other surrounding airports relying on the sarasota; florida VOR are affected by this report. On the left side of the VOR runway 4 approach chart for pgd the 158 radial of the srq VOR is shown as having a VOR frequency of 117.0. The TACAN channel is shown as channel 99. Something is wrong here as channel 99 is co-paired with VOR frequency of 115.2. The proper TACAN channel for 117.0 is 117. This defect was noted through casual inspection of the chart. No aeronautical activities were involved.

Narrative: VOR Runway 4 for PGD; and perhaps other approach charts for PGD and other surrounding airports relying on the Sarasota; Florida VOR are affected by this report. On the left side of the VOR Runway 4 approach chart for PGD the 158 radial of the SRQ VOR is shown as having a VOR frequency of 117.0. The TACAN channel is shown as Channel 99.
