Narrative:
A flight of 2 military fighter's exited lsv airspace and the lsv controller called me for a VFR point out. For some reason I could not see the aircraft in NAS; and had to transition to darc to see the aircraft and accept the point out. Then I transitioned back to NAS and the target disappeared. This is unsafe as I descend aircraft leaving mycal intersection to 16000 crossing fuzzy level. This is a known problem; and hasn't been fixed. I called both lsv; and joshua approach; and they both see the target in the NAS; and I have to transition to darc to see it. Recommendation; do whatever it takes to allow us to track these targets in NAS to prevent a mid air collision.
