Narrative:

Arrived at las with over 30 minutes ground time to our next flight. I input the planned route from the dispatch release which included las.TRALR2.mlf... With the intent to amend and crosscheck after receiving the pre departure clearance. Finished loading the route and checked the legs page for the TRALR2 departure. We received the pre departure clearance and copied the squawk; saw the TRALR2 with the end of the clearance and 'comply with altitudes on SID; dprt freq published.' I completely missed the -STAAV4.mlf- line above the route line. I was somewhat focused on determining the altitude for the MCP window reviewing the TRALR2 with all at or above altitudes and looking for the departure frequency. At this point; I was complete with the first officer through flight preparation. The captain and I then accomplished the before start; clearance brief; flight and departure briefings. I verbally briefed the clearance. After takeoff we were told to contact departure. I contacted them on 125.9 and was subsequently told to contact departure on 133.95. We started our left turn and were then given an 8000' level off and told we were on the wrong departure. We checked the pre departure clearance again and saw our error. We asked ATC where they wanted us to tie back in. They gave us a heading and clearance to mlf. The rest of the flight was as briefed.
